Welcome
These terms apply whenever you use this website or place an order with Jakis Promotions & Ent. By using the site, you agree to them. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, please get in touch before ordering.
Products & Availability
We try to keep product information, images and pricing accurate, but occasionally a listing may contain an error or an item may sell out. If that happens after you've ordered, we'll contact you before taking payment or processing a refund.
Some items — particularly in the African Wear Collection — are made to order, so please allow the dispatch time shown at checkout.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the delivery method you choose at checkout. Payment will be processed securely through our payment provider once checkout is live.
Shipping
We currently offer the following delivery options:
- Pickup in Carlisle — free, by prior arrangement.
- Carlisle Local Delivery — a flat £5.00 within the Carlisle area.
- UK Standard Delivery — £5.95, free on UK orders over £60, typically 3–5 working days.
- International Shipping — a flat £14.95, typically 7–14 working days depending on destination and customs processing.
These are our current flat rates and may be updated from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price you'll pay.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Made-to-order and personalised items (including named or custom-sized pieces) can only be returned if faulty. To start a return, contact us through the contact page.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, photography and branding on this site belong to Jakis Promotions & Ent and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide accurate information and a smooth shopping experience, but we can't guarantee the site will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
